Uniforms into game help

Can anyone please list a step by step walk-through on just how I can download uniforms into mvp 2005 PC?

Please, please keep it as simple as humanly possible. I only want to insert uni's into the game, I don't want to split the atom.

What I've been reading so far is staggering. At least it is for a self-confessed newby like myself.

Appreciate any help you can forward.

Do you know how to unzip or unrar files?

I downloaded the THINGY 2.2 file and read your postings.

Will this down load allow me to insert custom uni's that I downloaded from this web-site into mvp baseball 2005 for the pc? I think I'll be OK, if I follow the instructions.

Any final thoughts before I leap?

yeah, kraw makes great programs, but his readme files are not for the ones that need to be led to the water so to speak. When you double click on the program a pop up window will come up (a white one, not the black one.)

when you see the white one pop up, put the files you want installed into there(a copy of them).
