Totte
I just bought a pair of 3 inch wristbands from Under Armour but I'm having a hard time trying to find out what the wash symbols mean as you guys don't have the same in the US as we do here in Europe. Does anyone know how you're supposed to wash 'em? Thanks :) Link to comment https://www.mvpmods.com/forums/topic/24960-wristbands-from-under-armour/ Share on other sites
fred13
you think you can show us a pic of what it looks like? Link to comment https://www.mvpmods.com/forums/topic/24960-wristbands-from-under-armour/#findComment-329061 Share on other sites
brutushayesosu
I would just scrub and soak in the cold water and let air dry. Being small in all. Thats just me though, and Ive never owned wristbands so I guess you can take my advice lightly. Totte
If you need a pic of the wash logos, I'll get them for you in 30 mins Sorry but I couldn't get a good shot on the symbols with my camera. The logos were to small and came out blurry... Link to comment https://www.mvpmods.com/forums/topic/24960-wristbands-from-under-armour/#findComment-329077 Share on other sites

D-Unit
I think it means don't put it in the washing machine and don't iron it. I understand two of them. Totte
I think it means don't put it in the washing machine and don't iron it. I understand two of them. I think the 4th one means that you can't put it in the dryer :? Totte
So tdoes this mean that you can't wash them at all? Maybe like just scrub and dip in cold water like brutushayesosu suggested? D-Unit
My bad, I meant dryer, not washing machine. I forgot for a while how I cleaned my wristbands for some reason until now . I just put them in the washing machine like a normal white wash (or color wash since yours are black) and then let them dry themselves afterwards. GoldGlove
[...]I'm having a hard time trying to find out what the wash symbols mean as you guys don't have the same in the US as we do here in Europe. Well, they seem quite familiar to me. Don't bleach, iron or put it in th dryer. Don't know the first one though. EDIT: The first one means "not washable". Anyhow, I always give my wristbands to my mom to wash it in the machine. And never anything "bad" has happened. Homer
i'd just assume with handwashing that you use whatever temperature you want so long as you don't burn or freeze your hand :) Link to comment https://www.mvpmods.com/forums/topic/24960-wristbands-from-under-armour/#findComment-329146 Share on other sites

nomaaa
i don't see why washing them is a bad idea (in the washer, i mean). as long as you don't let the colors run, you'll be fine. the only thing is you risk fading. i wash my head bands in the washer all the time, and there's nothing wrong with them, no fading, still fit perfectly. i think under armour just wants you to waste your time.
