Germany and Japan. No one is to blame for what's going on in Iraq except for the terrorists who have no regard for the lives of their own people and would happily sacrafice them if it meant that it would deter our resolve there to complete the mission. Look at where the majority of their bombs are detonated... in mosques and market places. The mission? To have a foothold in the Middle East because there is one hell of a storm a brewing there. Bush tell him what he want then Rummy tells the generals how to go about getting what Bush wants.
