Datafile confusion

Hey everyone,

I dropped this a couple of months ago because I reached a wall of frustration that defeated me. I've asked, searched, scanned through datafile excel sheets and posts that were supposed to help with this but to no avail.

What lines in the datafile control the speed and movement of cameras in the 06 mod? No, it's not in any of the spreadsheets. I have them all and have gone nuts trying to find my answer there. If anyone can please send me a link to an explanation or help me out in some way with this I'd appreciate it.
