HagbardCeline
My Saitek P880 finally broke, and I bought the replacement Saitek p990, but now I'm having some weirdness. The "base" buttons when I'm playing defense are all askew. Third is right, but second is first, first is home, and home is second. It is the same with pitches. I tried mapping the 5th pitch and the pitch history to where theywere on my p880 (press down on left analog stick for pitch history and the unnumbered button on the top-right corner of the pad for the 5th pitch) even though it accepted the settings in the setup, when I went into a game, those buttons didn't change. Left analog paused the game, and the button for the pitch did nothing. I went into the controller config and no matter where I re-map the buttons on defense, it's always skewed in the same way. I was able to fix the "offense" buttons so they correspond with the bases for baserunning purposes, but for some reason I can't get the bases and pitches right with this thing. Any ideas before I just find a used p880? Thanks!
HagbardCeline
I put together one functioning P880 from parts...I'm up playing again. No idea about the P990. Ah well.
