Mike_Lowe
I've always used dynasty mode. I used owner mode WAY back when the original game came out but, for reasons I forget, decided to stick to dynasty. With the 2006 model have there been changes made to owner mode or dynasty mode? Which do you guys use? How come? Thanks, just looking for some input.
pujols
Dynasty. I just want to go thought a season, not having to set prices and try to upgrade my park and all that.
MagicHands8686
Dynasty. For no other reason then that trades are completely unrealistic in Owner Mode.
kgbaseball
Dynasty. I just want to go thought a season, not having to set prices and try to upgrade my park and all that. Exactly. I could care less about picking my own AA groundskeeping crew. Plus, I only like to play 1-2 seasons, and Owner Mode is more for multiple seasons. Mike_Lowe
Thanks. How are the trades unrealstic in owner mode? What are the long-term benefits to owner mode (vs a shorter dynasty mode?)
kgbaseball
Owner Mode allows you to build an organization from scratch, and lets you control anything you want.
pujols
While in Dynasty Mode, you don't have to worry about any of that.
8ball
I prefer Dynasty mode. I don't like dealing with keeping my fans happy and changing prices, I just want to play baseball.
JoeyMcM93
Dynasty mode. Less complicated stuff and more baseball.
HFLR
Dynasty, This game is of baseball not about making ballparks that at the end have the same size, lights, celebrations, restaurants, etcetera.
JP_Frost
I'd like the Owner mode if the create a stadium wasn't so lame and the trades were more realistic. The finances and stuff is enjoyable, but playing in a AA ballpark is depressing.
MagicHands8686
Thanks. How are the trades unrealstic in owner mode? Do to how the payroll works teams will except very unfair trades in Owner Mode.
skibz
Do to how the payroll works teams will except very unfair trades in Owner Mode. Due to how payroll works, teams will accept very unfair trades in Owner mode. Just a touch-up. Maybe you'll notice what, too. :dumb: :l33t: jk.
