mikewienerm
There are many players especially free agents, who i do not want to have in the game. I will never use them and they will just sit in the free agent area. I was wondering, is it possible to delete players from the game?

mikewienerm
I installed MVPEdit. I do not know how to delete the minor league free agents that were in the Ultimate Rosters. I need a detailed explanation.
xiberger
Go to "Free Agents", mark the player you want to remove and click "Delete". Easy as that...

mikewienerm
I read the thread and I still do not understand how to delete a player. It talks about how to add a player. I want to delete a player.
xiberger
Well, have you imported your rosters into MVPEdit? If so, then scroll all the way down in the team list. The last entry is "Free Agents". Mark the players you want to delete and click the corresponding button.
mikewienerm
How do I mport rosters? That is the part I do not understand? The thread does not help me with that.
kgbaseball
For crying out loud, please read MarkB's All Encompassing FAQ, the link xiberger gave to you. It tells you absolutely everything you need to know.
mikewienerm
I read it and I still do not understand what to do. I am using the regular version for the game, but the Ultimate Rosters 8.0. The thread is making me think that I have to have a roster created already. I have a saved roster in the game that I want to use. The only thing is that all the lineups arent set. is that a problem.
kgbaseball
Load UR. Tools->Check Errors. Fix Errors. Delete players, whatever you want to do. No crashing, no problems.
xiberger
I have a saved roster in the game that I want to use. The only thing is that all the lineups arent set. is that a problem. MVPEdit doesn't work with saved rosters. You need to import the standard rosters (UR 8.0 in your case) instead. Just follow the steps from the FAQ thread. mikewienerm
The part that I am not understanding is how to load the rosters. Right now all of the buttons are disabled.
MarkB
It really doesn't get much clearer than I put it in the FAQ. If you don't understand that after really reading it and trying it, then you shouldn't be using MVPEdit in the first pace.
habs0
ok what you do... show them your steps to load roster so they can see what your problems are! we dont understand why you cant solve it by yourself as many tried own themselves and worked!

mikewienerm
I figured it out!!!!!! I went to a different website and it explained that I have to click database to get the roster even though there is nothing showing. Also, why do you have to go to bed it is only 7:00pm (New York time).
