BrooklynNets24 Posted December 30, 2006 Share Posted December 30, 2006 I have a capture card for recording games and the program i use is Windows Movie Maker. When i plug the capture device into my computer windows move maker immediatly says its in use when it really isnt. Doesn anybody know the problem. Mudcatz Posted January 27, 2007 Share Posted January 27, 2007 Check the cards resources. Make sure your not running into an IRQ conflict. If you have the space slide it into a differnt PCI slot.
