Maybe it's something about his player ID, what rosters are you working with? Have you tinkered with the rosters at all? Keep in mind that you would need to have the game running while you use this software. You just need to enter Wickman in the field provided and his info will be provided to you. Also you would need to have .NET framework installed to run this software. Hope this helps out. You need to check for two things. First is his face ID 691? Second is the box labeled 2004 face checked? Are you using the plus version of the rosters or the standard version. If you are using the plus version of the roster, did you download the corresponding models.big file created by bigshmooz?
