"We're have the young talent in Jason Bay and Freddy Sanchez," Fraizer said at his press conference. "We have the young arm in Zach Duke. "I realize that this is a small market team. We only have $3 million to work with, so signing free agents may be difficult, but the fans need to bear with us.
