Q about TotalMinors 4

Got a weird long question so bear with me. I play All-Star Level dynasty human vs. CPU and I play as the Brewers. I installed Total Minors 4 and started the dynasty. I only have the power slider set at about +3 or +4 which isn't that high. With Geoff Jenkins' ratings (ungodly high) in Total Minors 4 vs. RHP and with mostly RHP used against me, he already has about 30 HR's after only 20 games which is nuts. Ben Grieve, another left handed batter with not that great of ratings, has about 12 in only 20 games. For some reason my lefties are pounding the ever loving heck out of the ball since I installed patch 3 and I'm not so sure patch 3 was JUST a roster update. I think they adjusted something with the power of left handed batters cuz I NEVER hit HR's like this with lefties pre-patch 3. Those are practically the only guys on my team with more than 2 or 3 HR's so I'm hesitant to knock the power slider down or I may never hit any. In fact I hardly ever score more than 5 runs with the sliders I use and invariably like clock work 3-4 of those runs are scored on HR's by either Jenkins or Grieve which shouldn't be happening. It's possible I may have switched to different datafiles or progression files DURING the season though.

I'm not sure, and I don't think so, but could switching files DURING a dynasty season really throw things out of whack like they are for Jenkins and Grieve and give them unreal HR #'s so far? Grieve hits for no power basically IRL, and Jenkins hits for some but this is totally unrealistic for both players. I love Total Minors but as much as I hate to say it, just to get the numbers back to semi-realistic I'm thinking of going back to the default rosters that came with the game, UNLESS messing with files DURING a dynasty season throws things out of whack and players' stats start going nuts in which case I'll restart the dynasty season and not touch any files once the season starts.

I don't think that patch 3 made you hit all those homers with lefties. I have patch 2 and I can also easily hit a homer with a lefty.

Did you hit all those homers yourself or have you simmed some games? I can only suggest that you lower the player's rating and restore his hot and cold zones with mvpedit.
