Hory
These uniforms are needed for the 1994 mod, I do have fizzjob's Mid-90s Road uniform but that version was phased out in 1993. So if a uniform maker feels like making these, that would be great. I think the font is the same as in fizzjob's version. 1995 version - ignore helmet and missing sleeve patch. ChicagoCubs720
it'll be extremely hard to line-up that stripe across the shoulders, but if anyone could do it, I bet fizzjob would be the guy

Hory
Yea, I was thinking of using one of fizzjob's rainbow Astros unis as a template to get the stripe lined up right...

Hory
this might help also: Yea, thanks, I've plundered the Creamer logo site for most of the 94 logos I need. I will end up attempting this uni myself in a week or two if no-one else does.
Royal Blues
I'll try to knock these out here in the next day or two, right before I start my Blue Jays and Orioles history packs. I'm assuming it's the orange D on the cap and the D with tiger on the helmet?
tebjr
my Blue Jays and Orioles history packs. :hail: :hail: How far back are you going back with the Orioles?

Sounds good man, you don't need to worry about the font if you don't have time to do it, I can just use fizzjob's (with permission) And yea for 1994 only they had the tiger on the helmet
Royal Blues
:hail: :hail: How far back are you going back with the Orioles? 1901 The good thing about the Orioles, much like the Red Sox, Yankees and Tigers, is they have never exactly had major overhauls, just subtle differences here and there, and maybe color changes. Two things I need help on are the helmets, since Dressed to the Nines only shows helmets on recent uniforms, and the Orioles font for the '63-'65 home jersey, as Chris Creamer doesn't have that one up. I could also use a little help on name/number fonts and which years they may not have used names on the jersey backs. That being said, please PM me if you have any info for that. Now back to our regularly scheduled thread: Sounds good man, you don't need to worry about the font if you don't have time to do it, I can just use fizzjob's (with permission) And yea for 1994 only they had the tiger on the helmet Time isn't too much of an issue for me at the moment. I just haven't worked with fonts before (always had Cap'n do them for my Minor League unis, but I'm guessing they're not that hard to do). I'll definitely see what I can do though. Here are a couple of my little creations may be of use to you: Photoshop/Illustrator font templates MLB/NFL/NHL Fonts I have a slightly updated version of the Illustrator template, if you want, too. Just drop me a PM or something.
Hory
I'm also after the Royals home alternates too, Will be the same as the uni fizzjob's Mid-90s Royals set but blue, obviously
Hory
Also looking for the correct font for the Giants uniforms The letters are not so important as I don't think I can add names to the back of the Giants unis anyway. But if anyone knows of any fonts that look similar whether in one of Caps font sets or elsewhere let me know.
Royal Blues
Sorry about taking so long getting back to you on this. I got absolutely swamped at work and have had no time to myself or with my wife, let alone modding (or Final Fantasy XII ). At any rate, I'm working on the Tigers as we speak. I should have some WIP shots posted later tonight or tomorrow. I'll also try to get the Royals...believe it or not, they would be the first Royals unis I've done, unless you count Wichita and Omaha...... Hory
Awesome! There's no hurry anyway man, the final mod probably won't be released for about a month or so. Thanks a lot for helping out, the less time I spend on making unis (which I'm really bad at) the more time I can spend on other things for this mod and get it completed asap. As I mentioned earlier the blue Royals uni is exactly the same design as fizzjob's mid-90s Royals unis, which might be useful as a template. Sarginto
Did anyone do the Dodger's uniforms to show "Dodgers" instead of "Los Angeles" on the road unis? I'll give that a crack.
Hory
Done them, though I guess they they do need a white outline around the logo.

Royal Blues
Just to show some progress: Note: This font was already attached to KC's Detroit road uniform. Does this look correct? I compared it to the back of the Trammell jersey and couldn't see much difference. If it is the right font, do you know if I'd need to ask KC's permission to use it or if this is one of Cap'n's creations? I am damn proud of this cap logo...I made it from "scratch" using one of Chris Creamer's .gif logos. I think it's one of my best (if not the best) yet. That being said, after seeing my progress ingame, I already know what needs fixed for the most part (narrowing the stripes, resizing helmet logo and 125th anniversary/Russell patches, touching up the color on the "Detroit" script). Anything else sticking out to you? I did wind up using Fizz's Astros jersey as a guide, and I think I did a fairly decent job lining up the seams...I'll tell you, I sure as hell don't envy the task he took on making those stripes... ChicagoCubs720
looks good Royal Blues, but I think a few things need to be fixed besides the shoulder stripe. -the 'Detroit' on the front of the jersey is a different color than that of the font -the MLB anniversary logo on the sleeve is a little too big
Hory
Looking good man, yea, fizzjob must've spent hours getting those stripes lined up. Apart from what you've mentioned only other thing is the white between the t & r in 'Detroit' I have permission to use KC's unis and accessories in the total conversion but if you were to upload your uni as a separate download, I'd check it's ok with him first , if it is his font and not Cap'n's anyway. With the sleeve patch here's what I've been using on most of the uniforms which might help for the size and placement of it Thanks again for this
Hory
fizzjob has done the font for the Giants uniforms and it looks pretty fantastic imo. unfortunately due to the game's limitations we can't have names on the back of the home jersey. kgbaseball
The one on the left is 1994. I'd say Athletic is a good fit.
