theotherguy619
can the pip window be removed without causing any problems?
Trues
Yes it can. It's fairly easy to do with a few tweaks to the datafile and the igcrsr.fsh file.

UncleMo
Trues, I'd remind this user to search the forums, but with the new search setup I'm having trouble myself since the website changed...
Chicago11
If I was able to find what I needed...I certainly would not have asked... :twocents:

Trues
Here is the default datafile with no pip (see attachment). Directions: 1. Extract the datafile to your MVP Baseball 2005data dir. 2. Extract the igcrsr.fsh to your MVP Baseball 2005dataigshapes dir. If you use a custom datafile, you can make the changes shown below in bold. 0x779c563a 12<baserunner>;0 0.520;1 0.140;2 0.000;3 0.000;4 1;10 1;11 0;5 0.40;6 0.05;7 0.58;8 0.23;9 0;

UncleMo
Trues why does the attachment have 2 files in there. A data file and the other one. What will the other one do?
Trues
Trues why does the attachment have 2 files in there. A data file and the other one. What will the other one do? The igcrsr.fsh file contains the PIP graphics which I removed in this version.
UncleMo
Just trying to understand. Would it matter if a person just used the data.txt file, or should a user use both? I'm wondering because I've always seen you help others out by simply telling them what to edit in their data.txt file.
Trues
The datafile only controls the actual PIP animation window itself. If you only used the datafile, the PIP graphics (frame, diamond, etc..) would remain. So yes, you need both. Hopefully this makes sense. :)
UncleMo
Yeah that explains an old datafile mod I was using. Thanks for BOTH files.
