When you win with a high-payroll team you seem to get the one with the owners congratulating you most often. kaplerisking Posted January 20, 2007 Share Posted January 20, 2007 I've gotten that one a couple times before, and I'm pretty sure its only with a low payroll team, as I've gotten after winning with the Pirates and the Marlins, but I don't think ever after winning with my Red Sox. I've gotten several other amusing emails as well, including a few threatening my job if the team didn't start playing better. Which makes me wonder, and maybe someone knows the answer, will a team fire you in dynasty mode if you have a terrible season, and then you'd have to pick a new team? If you get fired you need to start a new Dynasty. They don't let you pick a new team. If you have the worst record, then you will be fired and will NOT be able to choose a new team. But if have received a grade of F but do not have the worst record, the game will provide you with a team to manage. And of course if you do really good in your 3 years with one team, you can pick the team that you want to manage (after your contract expires).
