xx74xx
First and foremost, a huge thanks for this incredible site. I've contributed when I could, and it's been worth every penny. Here's the situation: Throughout the course of season, some CPU controlled tems do some real dumb moves regarding who plays what position, and where they bat. I'll give yo a couple of examples: - Albert Pujols CONSTANTLY is moved out the lineup vs lefties (over 90 in both contact, and power) Scott Rolen is moved to the LEADOFF spot, which is kinda silly. This goes on with the Yanks, Tigers, Red Sox, and many other teams. Some teams are effected......strange. Sure, I use the Team Changer Mod to correct what the AI has ruined with ALOT of teams, but sure enough, the ridiculous lineup moves are repeated, so it gets a bit frustrating. I've even thought about setting up every teams Positional Rankings, but haven't as of yet. I've went as far as to edit certain players 2nd Position so they don't get inserted for instance, at 1B for the Cards. I've toyed with signing some disgruntled players to contracts to make them happy, thinking perhaps this is why some star players are being yanked from the lineup. If anyone has noticed the same, is there anything you've done to rectify the situation? If not, is it possible to create some sort of datafile that "intelligizes" :binkybaby: the Artificial Intelligence regarding this. Thanks in advance. tommywombat
sorry i can't help, but i would be interested in this. although sometimes i'm happy when they mess up the lineup, i rather win against their best fit lineup.
xx74xx
Problem has been solved. Turning OFF the CPU Trades option eliminates this situation. Thanks to kgbaseball for his suggestion. :pint:

SwinginSoriano
The best thing about MVP 2005 is you can edit the lineups yourself. :)
