I went through an entire season, set up my team for the next year, now as soon as I try to begin the first game of the year, it crashes back to windows. I've tried a different stadium, removing guys that I picked up in the offseason, etc. I am frustrated and need help. Also can someone tell me how to get rid of the #$#@# song title that keeps coming up in my way while I am trying to manuever through the menus. carter Posted January 26, 2007 Share Posted January 26, 2007 That happened to me 2 years ago. If I am not mistaken it's a bug in the Owner mode. I have since gone on to play 5 seasons in the Dyanasty mode without a problem. Best of luck. DoubleD Posted February 3, 2007 Share Posted February 3, 2007 Are you using the latest UR? Older UR's had a problem in the manager.dat file that crashed the game in the second season. The newest UR doesn't have the same problem, but unforunately I believe you'd have to re-start you're whole dynasty over again. The newest UR doesn't have the same problem, but unforunately I believe you'd have to re-start you're whole dynasty over again. I'm using kgbaseball's roster 2.0 overhaul, because lots of ppl said it's better for dynasty...(is it?) Whatever, I think I'll just reinstall, and install MVP 2007 when it comes out. PirateFan13 Posted February 13, 2007 Author Share Posted February 13, 2007 OK, I have resorted to downloading the latest UR rosters, when I place them directly into the game... they work great. BUT, I added some players, changed teams around and such in MVPedit, now the game crashes on opening! What the heck am I doing wrong. Checked MVPedit for errors... no errors What would cause the game to crash? Faulty player??? How do I isolate the problem? I spent days on building this cool roster and it doesn't even work....
