Using Alcohol 120%. Run Alco. on the bottom you'll see datatype select the protection MVP has (I'm not sure, I think it's safedisc v2) then next, select save dir. And that’s basically it. 2. If you want to create a DVD version then you’ll need WinIso or something similar, click actions, make ISO from CD-rom, then select dir. Then change option from aspi to file, (do this for both discs) then when that’s completed open those images you just created with the same program, then extract it to separate folders, then combine all the files together (deleting the autorun from CD 2 first) then once all the files are in the same folder go back to WinIso and add ALL the files and Directories, then create image and Viola!!
