mvp23
This mode is really refreshing. It`s like fresh coat of paint on the old wall, really nice work guys. The 2 things that can be improved little bit are piching meter and camera angels. 1) Pitching meter is little bit too small. It`s really hard to throw accuarte pich. 2) Camera between the innings is little bit too fast and on the camera angle pich 6/batt 4, camera is little bit too far behind the batter. compmaniac
Since people are complaining about the pitch meter and camera angle, if I want to keep my old settings, do I just extract the datafile.txt from the datafile.big file and back it up? And then pack it back into datafile.big after the MVP 07 installation?
Sandlot
What is the difference between KG's rosters and the UR?
phs1234
Apparently not much. I've heard its a coin flip.
compmaniac
If you installed it to anywhere except the "MVP Baseball 2005" folder You can just delete the game folder to uninstall MVP 07. Will the eauninstall.exe file still be in the MVP Baseball 2005 folder if I DO install it to the MVP Baseball 2005 folder?
sfgiantsflgators
What is the difference between KG's rosters and the UR? For me, it's personal preference. KG keeps up with minor league movement better than anyone I know, so his updates are usually closer to the real minor leagues. But I like Totte's rating system more. I don't think there's a wrong choice - I suggest trying both and making your own decision.
Sandlot
Should I install the game to a different folder? How many people are doing that?
Yankee4Life
I installed Mvp 07 just now. I installed it to a folder called Mvp Baseball 2007 and I did exactly what the installer told me to do. Not one problem at all. These guys did a great job. edwindelahiggins
I unsuccessfully tried to download the game off of my school network. For an an avid MVP and baseball fan, is it worth it to pay between $50 and $60 for the PC version? I absolutely love it for regular xbox, and the prospect of updated rosters and stadiums makes me salivate. Does the xbox 360 wired controller work for it and how do the graphics compare to the xbox? thanks for the help.

Don't talk about trying to download a pirated version of this game in this thread or any other thread in here. You want this game, go buy it. If you do buy it, yes, everything is worth it. This mod is worth buying this game for.

Mav3rek
^^ yes, i use it to play the games. There's a file you need to download that will correctly map the buttons to the game for you. I don't remember where it is though
edwindelahiggins
I'm buying the game off ebay as we speak. If anyone could tell me the file to download in order to get the 360 controller to work I'd really appreciate it.
mpic92
Same here, I already have a Logitech Dual Action controller but I'm sure a 360 controller would be better... especially if the rumble works with MVP (does it??)

edwindelahiggins
You don't understand how much the prospect of an updated version of mvp excites me. If this works, expect a donation. This completely eliminates the risk of buying mlb 2k7 for 360.

Sandlot
What is a good datafile that includes the original or 'like original' pitching meter? I am one of those who doesn't like the default 07 mod meter.
