I'm at work today and didn't have time to test this out to get my answer this morning...figured by days end possibly I would know so I can put the information to use.

When looking at the 4 rows of people from top to bottom...which row would represent the front row to row 4 if I was looking at them in the game??

Thanks in advance...

The way the 0000.bmp is setup is for the animation of the crowd. The first two rows are the same I believe starting from the bottom and then the top two have different offsets of the upper part of their bodies. The game moves the mapping over each row in a vertical loop that is hardcoded into the game, so that the crowd "sways" slightly from side to side. If you are edting this file, to have a smooth transition, you'll have to see how many pixels the offset is. The mapping also stretches beyond the left and right limits of the .bmp in most cases in the UV Map Editor of OEdit, but if you picture the .bmp arranged side to side and the mapping stretched over that you can see how the game maps the texture over and over to get the multiple crowd members in each row.

crowd files are fun to mess with. I changed mine have me, my wife, brother, and dad all in Turner Field. The way you can make the movement is fun because I made my wife wave a little Braves pennant and my brother a big foam finger, LOL :)
