"Our fans want to see us win" -Jake Smith Settings/Mods: ***MVP 07 Mod*** ***All Star Mode*** ***Custom Sliders*** Season Recap: The Oakland A's season ended on a short note when they were swept by the Detroit Tigers in the ALCS. In the offseason, Bud Selig called for a fantasy draft to even out the teams. They have a revitalized team that is going to try and make the run for the title. New manager, Jake Smith will try to bring back the glory days in Oakland. Stay tuned for updates later in the season... Lineup Pitching Rotation Prospect and Player Watch Stephen Drew: This guy can make an immediate impact on any team, definetly the Shortstop of the future for the A's. Miguel Cabrera: This guy is a proven hitter and can hit 35-40 HR's a year and is definetly an MVP Contender. Alex Gordon: This guy is a bench-player, but may get a few starts here and there is Miguel Caberera goes down or Austin Kearns struggles. Zach Duke: This guy can nail any batter down with any of his pitches and is going to be a Cy Young Contender this year. Johnathan Broxton: This guy is getting the nod at Closer instead of Justin Duchscherer and is the Closer of the future. This guy has a wicked heater that can blow by any batter.
