Is there a way to make the crowd in a created stadium to stand up when a homerun is it, someone makes a good play, etc. And is there a way to get different colored seats than the seat colors already in the game?

Only the 3D crowd can stand up on a big play. There are none in a created stadium (only 2D fans), but it might be possible to add them. Maybe one of the stadium experts on this site cn help you with that.

And the seat color can be changed easily. Just extract crowd0.fsh from any stadium file. Open it with a respective editor and alter the color to your liking. Easy as that...

Ok, here's how I would do it:

1.) Open the stadium file (venuday.big --> day version; venunite --> night version) with EAGraph.

2.) Extract crowd0.fsh from it.

3.) Open that file with FshEd. You will see two entries: x000 and mm01. Select x000 and export the image + the alpha (Object --> Export --> 24-bit Bitmap + Alpha Bitmap).

4.) Open the image in your graphics editor (Photoshop, Paintshop etc).

5.) Change the color of the seats (there are many ways to do that) and save it.

6.) Resize x000.bmp to half its size and save it as mm01.bmp. Do the same thing with x000_a.bmp (--> mm01_a.bmp).

7.) Re-import the modified images into crowd0.fsh.

7.) Re-import crowd0.fsh into the stadium file.

8.) Done!

Give it a try!

Click on "Object" (next to "File" and "Tools") and select "Export" from the dropdown menu. Now mark the option "24-bit Bitmap + Alpha Bitmap" to save the image and the alpha layer. Choose a filename (don't forget to add the extension .bmp!) and click on save.

Ok. Now I have 2 files...x000.bmp and x000_a.bmp. x000_a.bmp has the outline of the seats and the fans and the x000.bmp has the fans and seats colored in and everything. Which file do I open in Photoshop? If it is the x000_a.bmp, wont the fans still be blank? And what is one method of coloring in the stands? Sorry, this is my first time lol.
