rows24 Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 The article on MLB.com states that Roger might retire but if he plays he will be watching the standings to get signed by a team who is still int he race. Who does Clemens think he is he needs to start in Spring training like every body instead of jumping on the bandwagon in the middle of the season then acting like he is the star. endeavor Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 While I agree with you for the most part, I feel that the "who does Clemens think he is" line is a bit overboard. He is, after all, one of the best pitchers ever. But, no question, he should be present at Spring Training. His eventual teammates if he decides to come back, would frown upon such a move.
