RAM Posted August 10, 2004 Share Posted August 10, 2004 edgar martinez announced today this would be his final season for those who didn't hear already. i know he was JUST a DH and he's lost a little, but i for one am sad to see him go. he was a great hitter a pro's pro and seemed like a really stand up dude. Kevin Mitchell, Harold Reynolds then Griffey, Buhner, Olerud, and Edgar. They have had some really solid people over the years. I would like to see Edgar become a hitting instructor in the future.
