Startup and Loading Screens

I've just been working on a set with new startup screens (splash, liscense, CTS), and about 45 (seen to be 50) loading (or splash, whatever you want to call them) stadium-themed screens. I've used fizzjob's templates. (Thank you, fizzjob.) I went for a kind of minimalistic, no players approach to the startups. Here's a preview:

HOWEVER - I used the same splash template for the stadium loading screens - since the splash is 1024 x 1024, and the loading screens are 1024 x 512, I simply resized them accordingly. However, when I did that I got lots of these:

As you can see, the loading bars didn't quite align with the "bar space". So, what I want to know, is:

-How do I fix that?

-Should I release the startup screens now, or wait for the loadings to be fixed?

I'm leaning towards just uploading the starting screens, and then working on the stadiums and uploading them later. Let me know if anybody has a better idea. However, I still don't know how to correct the loading bar issue. Does anyone know about that? Thanks a lot.

Well, I used the origional pic for mine, and just worked around it.
