chezboots
Zephyr Field in New Orleans, Now that its Triple A home to the Mets I would love to play in this park. I got tickets right behind home plate for opening day 4/13, so I'll try to get some pics if someone wants to tackle this.

thespungo
Rosenblatt Stadium, the home of the College World Series and the Royals AAA field would be an obvious choice, yet no one has ever attempted it.

FightingBillini
Comiskey Park. Besides it being one of the all time greats, it is weird playing TC without it in the game.

AgentQ16
I would love for HaloFan or Pirate to re-work Angel Stadium to work with the 07 Mod. HaloFan's old Angels Stadium crashes in the 07 Mod and Pirate's is good but it doesn't have the lighted ads along the concrete facing throughout the stadium that HaloFan's original did. Maybe Pirate can update his to have the lighted ads instead of grey concrete. Oh, and also have fans wearing Angel jerseys and jackets like HaloFan had in his. Darkslide820
I have a few suggestions: 1) The Staten Island Yankees' ballpark, called Richmond County Stadium. It's got an awesome view of the city past the ballpark. http://www.statenislandusa.com/images/ballpark.jpg http://www.globeinstitute.org/Athletics/photos/Ballpark3.jpg http://www.indiana.edu/~bcec/Pictures2004/nyc2004_27.jpg http://images.google.com/images?q=Staten%2...m=1&sa=N&tab=wi (3rd from left, 2nd down; this is a beautiful shot when enlarged) http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&u...County+Ballpark (2nd from left, good scoreboard shot) 2) I was thinking of a few absolutely ridiculous fantasy ballparks. One of them reaches the minimum 400 feet to CF. However, the ballpark is shaped like a right triangle, so the RF and LF corners are like, 560 feet away from Home Plate. The second takes place on the beach. I don't care what size the field is, but it would be like if you hit a bomb it would fly out of the stadium and land in the sand or even the water. Impossible in real life because of no solid ground, but that's why we have video games. The third is a combination of all the quirky ball park gimicks I could think of. The field would be shaped like the Polo Grounds, have the Green Monster as the LF wall, there would be a hill, a flag pole, and 3 monuments all in play in CF, and there would be a warehouse beyond the RF stands. The Petco Box is in the corner in RF (as if the short porch needs to be shorter, right?). LF would resemble Exhibition Stadium in that the LF wall acts as a partition; beyond the LF wall is a continuing field, as Exhibition has in RF. Oh yeah, and what about the Cornfield from "Field of Dreams?"
bobbey
I didn't read the entire thread but I figured that no one likely suggested Jarry Park - the original home of the Expos. http://www.thedeadballera.com/Stadiums/Sta...Park_photo2.jpg http://www.ballparksofbaseball.com/past/jarrypark1.jpg http://roadsidephotos.sabr.org/rp/ballparks/jarry.jpg

herky
This stadium is seriously one of the best minor league parks I've ever been to. It was renovated two years ago and is awesome. It's the Cards low-A team The Quad City Swing. Darkslide820
That John O'Donnell Stadium does seem pretty nice. The water and the bridge in the background would look good. What about my ideas?
Sean O
How about this one Sean O http://www.ironpigsbaseball.com/cocacola/stadiumphotos/ Sigh, more neoclassicism? It is 2007, 2.0.0.7, and we're still acting like Camden Yards is revolutionary or relevant or something. When will we actually attempt to create a ballpark that fits the game and propels it forward? Nostalgia is the opposite of progress. Sorry for the diversion, but it pains me deeply to see more stupid red brick plopped into completely illogical settings. Also I don't really do minor league parks.
AstroEric
If anyone is still interested in minor (Bodhiball) league stadiums , then may I ask that person (Bodhiball) to consider Whataburger Field, home of the Corpus Christi Hooks?

Kelvarr
My vote still goes to an updated Comerica Park. One that takes the All-Star motif down.
Pirate
My vote still goes to an updated Comerica Park. One that takes the All-Star motif down. They removed very little of the motiff last year, so I never updated it. If they get around to it this year I am willing to make the changes. I just need photos. Heck that goes for all my stadiums. Get me photos from this year and I will try to update them. I will not be making any new stadiums or major overhauls to my work though. Just cosmetic changes like new adds.
