Well, I have a similar problem when I try to play Hitman Blood Money on my PC, but with a Radion 9250 card. The minimum requirements is a Radion 9500. This is how I "fixed" it.

Install MVP Baseball 2005

Uninstall Graphics Card

Re-install graphics card.

Only do this if you have the disk for the graphics card. I did this for Hitman Blood Money, and the glitchiness (realy glitchy and very very slow) was gone and replaced by smooth gameplay.

Hope this helps, and good luck.

Heres what you do, get a new motherboard with a 680i chipset and get an 8800 GTX card:). That would solve any graphics problems you're encountering:). Ofcourse not all of us have the luxury of doing that . I thought i'd have problems running MVP with my system..mostly because of Vista. Here's what i have..don't mean to brag...maybe simi brag..so here i go. Board is an EVGA 680i SLI 16x, Intel core duo 6700, EVGA 8800 GTX, a Raptor 150gig SATA HDD, plus a Seagate 320gig SATA HHD, 2 Gigs of Corsair XM2 at 800Mhz (should of waited for the Dominators), Gigabyte Aurora Case, Klipsch speakers, and a BenQ 24 inch 1920 x 1200 monitor. And also Vista ultimate..that was the problem..if it would run my old games but really they all run really well..like Oblivion and Rfactor. PS. Jays rule, spring training beings thursay against boston...let the road to the world series being!.
