You can also go to gamestop.com and use their store locator feature and

call all of their stores in your area. That is what I did and found some

copies still out there, this was in Michigan..

ive looked everywhere in the rhode island, conneticut (sp?), massachussettes, and even some of the New York area

results= 0

im assuming he is a yankees fan and that he lives in this area.

It's becoming harder to find each day I guess. I've actually misplaced my copy during a recent move (I blame my wife). In the meantime I've called about 15 gamestops in the DFW area, gone to several Best Buys/Targets/WM, Fry's, Comp USA, etc. and found nothing. I know a used copy sold on ebay today for around $55.00.

The idea of buying this out of production game for $50+ is absurd. It's worth around $5. Further, EA can't even sell it anymore due to the exclusivity arrangement.

If MVPmods didn't exist, this game would be cheap. But since the modding community is supporting it with high quality mods the game is in demand and therefore you should expect to pay high prices. Just think if you were to buy an add on like the MVP 07 mod it would cost 20-30 bucks alone. You aren't just paying for the CDs, but the ability to enjoy an up to date baseball game on the PC.
