Pitching moves for Yanks?

Kinda new here... So, Im not sure if this is the right place to post this, sorry if this isnt the right place for it. Im playing a dynasty as the Yankees and signed Clemens to a 1 year deal. My starters are Clemens, Wang, Mussina, Pettite, and Pavano. I thought I would develop Igawa through this season before giving him the fifth spot in the rotation next year. I have used him several times when my starting pitches have gotten in early trouble, and extra innings. He has pitched awesome (era .90 thru 20 innings) well until his last start losing a 1-1 game in the 10th inning giving up a double and HR. I noticed his morale was upset, when I move him to the starting rotation he gets very happy. I don't really want to trade him but if he is going to play poorly as long reliever, I don't have room for him. Should I trade him for a long releiver? Should I look to trade another SP giving him a spot in the rotation to develop him? Should I keep going as it is?

I tried him in a few starts, he became neutral in his morale, but he just didnt cut it. I couldnt make it deep enough into a game to get to Proctor. So, I traded Igawa for Broxton a top 100 prospect RP that can be a reliable long reliever. Though I would prefer to have more lefties I just didnt have room to give him what he wants. I can use him and Proctor and make up the difference. If someone gets hurt Ill just call up Hughes for a couple games. I feel secure that Phillips and Sanchez will be ready next season for the big leagues that and a good free agent period should give me a good starting rotation for the next season. Thank you for your input into this matter, I did consider it but couldnt trust Igawa as a starter.
