fizzjob
I know this has been requested before, but so far, nobody's done it. I'd love to have Old Comiskey in the game...
medric822
Yeah. I would like to see that too, but alas, it'll probably never happen.
Pirate
Why don't you do it Medric?
ChicagoCubs720
Yeah. I would like to see that too, but alas, it'll probably never happen. I wouldn't be so sure of that. Sean O has really been bustin his butt lately with all these parks. Plus, with Sean O's work on the Kingdome and Pirate's work on Riverfront, I'm pretty much without a project (besides a ton of cyberfaces I really need to get working on  ) If I get some free time in the next month, it could happen. InSainn
Even though I hate the Sox, old Comisky is one of the most historic ballparks in the game's history and I'd love to see it done...
medric822
Why don't you do it Medric? God gave us both great talents. Mine is video games, and your is making them better.
Pirate
Have you tried? You never know. Maybe you can make a slick stadium
medric822
I highly doubt it. And can you do that request I asked you to do for me? I want to replace the Indigo walls with Brick pattern, so I have bricks all around. This is for the Create a Stadium. Thanks.
medric822
Well Pirate, I just d/loaded the tut, and I'm going to go for it. Wish me luck. I'm going to tackle the create a stadium first, and if it looks cool, I'll show you guys.
medric822
Well, here's what I have so far, didn't realise that its not 4AM, and I have my tutor coming tomorow! I gotta catch some sleep, so I can finish my homework, tell me what you think, alright? Later- I dont know why everything's so bright, my graphics card is good. medric822
How is it weird? Can you elaborate?
philliesphan18
it isn't that wierd. I'm sure it is very good for his first try. In other words - let's see you do better.
Sean O
your stadium is weird! :biglaff: try again! Jesus, what a jerkoff comment to make. You're not ingratiating yourself to anyone, kid. Good try medric, just keep plugging away at it.
Yankee4Life
Medric, your stadium looks very good. Ignore what that guy said.
medric822
Thanks, but I got a question. Does anyone know who makes an energy drink called "Blue Jolt?" I figured that would look better with blue fireworks coming out of the can than anything else.
Yankee4Life
Here is Jolt Blue. This looks like something I'll never touch.
Yankee4Life
And the JOLT home page.
angryrat
Medric, I'm curious as to what all you changed in this one? Was it the signage? I've never played in the created stadium with the new mods on this site. Last time I did was for ps2 in 2005.
medric822
Well, first off, I replaced that pathedic Cola can on the scoreboard, with Jolt Blue. And I added more realistic scoreboard options and ads. Still working on it, and I've alot to do. Man, this is fun!
Pirate
I see you got that brick texture... keep playing around with graphics and Oedit and in no time you'll be doing what I do.
medric822
NO, I doubt that.
Pirate
That's how i got good at it. Patience (something I have run out of), a little artistic talent, and time to play around will help you master stadium editing. Practice on a real stadium in the game to get a feel for it. Sean O
NO, I doubt that. park modding is about 80% experience, 10% knowledge, and 10% planning. Once you learn the basics of oedit, it's really the same thing over and over again. Then it just gets to that next level.
tebjr
I was looking for images for Old Comiskey, and I ran across this site. I doubt any of it could be imported or remade for MVP, but I thought it was pretty cool. http://hometown.aol.com/cyclemens8601/
