maddux31
I was just wondering what this mod does and is about. It is not in a language that I understand...Can anyone explain it's function briefly??
RaptorQuiz
If the top row of pics are "before" and the bottom is "after"... then it made the pants much less "form fitting" - they are now rather baggy. EDIT: Look at the knees and the calves... especially on the 2nd page of pics (the one with the skinnier Cardials player)... you can notice that it doesn't look like his uni is skin tight anymore. It is still "tight" like a real uni, but not so rediculously form-fitting like the default version. I'm pretty sure that's what the "pant mod" does. Kccitystar
It edits the 3D body models so that the normal length pants, the ones that cuff around the ankles now cuff around the heel and the baggy ones worn now have the pants ending below the shoes. Look at the screenshots for comparison.
RaptorQuiz
...or I could be way off.
BigDom
So it edits the "3D Body" and not the unis?
maddux31
How is it installed? I cannot read the instructions. Is this crash proof? Does this conflict with KC'S uniforms 1.15? Also, will it work with 07?
compmaniac
Yeah, just the "model" part of the uniforms, I think. It's a good mod.

Kccitystar
So it edits the "3D Body" and not the unis? Why would it edit the uniforms, it edits the 3D model in which the uniform texture is wrapped on. It should be crash proof, and yes, it will work with the 07 mod and total mlb 1.15. I would think one would have to run the hibody.bat file, I'm not sure. If I could just get that modder to edit the wristbands so that they can go around the elbow area.... maddux31
Thanks KC! You are a true assett to the community! I will though wait and not use this mod until there is a definite answer on this. Thanks for your help!!
kgbaseball
It looks like it gives every player parachute pants and cankles.
Homer
yeah, it'd be great if we could get him to edit the armband. to install it, i just used kraw's installer to install it into the initiastaz.big file.

compmaniac
I opened up the batch files and read them. I think you're supposed to copy everything into the main MVP folder, run both batch files, and then you can delete the files if you wish.
scotty2hotty
I installed it, and it wasn't as good as I thought it might be. The "high" socks looked completely rediculous, because they were just a coloured version of the "regular" socks, which were fairly low. I would not recommend this mod, its just not that good. It could be improved by the author, and I'd definitely give it another chance. Good initial idea, just not enough attention to detail.
Mav3rek
how did you install it? By just running the .bat files inside the MVP main directory? Or did you just run one file?

If every player in the league has the baggy pant style, this mod is for you. However, players with high socks look like they have tree trunks for ankles and the socks therefore don't map well. scotty2hotty
Does that mean that the 'regular' and 'high' sox are the same? Or can they be made separately? Kinda hard to explain.
scotty2hotty
Are the high sox fixed in the updated version? I'll do it once I get home. Any answers before then would be great!
maddux31
Can someone who has tried the new updated version post their thoughts. I skipped the first version, seeing I wasn't quite sure how to install it and it seemed that it just modified all the pants made it a little unrealistic in my opinion. Thanks
scotty2hotty
I tried the original, it messed up my game, had to reinstall MVP07. I sure hope the high sox problem is fixed. I have wished for this sort of mod, so I hope it works!
