The only issue I've seen so far is at RFK Stadium. It seems as if the alphas for the light posts did not load, because the area around the lights were all black (it probably would be easier to explain if I had a screenie, but I don't). This might not even be related to the field changer mod, I don't know.

Was this happening in the day or night version?

Everything loks great except the dirt of giants ballpark. It just seems plain, there is isn`t any "life" to it. It looks like someone spilled a can of light brown paint over.

Yeah, that's been addressed already. It'll be fixed in the next update.

Never mind...for some reason, when I browsed to D:MVP 2005, the install app was adding "MVP Baseball 2005" to it, so it was looking for D:MVP 2005MVP Baseball 2005, which doesn't exist.

Thanks.

Yeah, I think it's just something with the installer code. Nothing I can do about it though. Good to know you got it fixed!

v1.1 is up and includes the following:

- Fixed issue with dirt in AT&T Park

- Various color adjustments made to the following stadiums:

Yankee Stadium (day & nite)

U.S. Cellular Field (day & nite)

McAfee Col./Cisco Field (day only)

Petco Park (day & nite)

Why would this mod not work if MVP07 isn't installed? Don't all the stadium files (original or modded) contain the same field elements?

This mod only works with the 07 mod because the field.fsh files that are included in the mod are dependent on the MVP 07 modded stadium mfield files. If you were to use these with different stadiums than those of the 07 mod such as the default, you may have missing texture issues, and we know that since this was based for 07 mod stadiums, that won't be an issue if you have the 07 mod installed.

We decided to base this on the 07 mod because the majority of users have that mod installed. However, as Trues said, we may look at releasing a version that is compatible with the default stadiums in the future. Also Pirate has said that he may be including our textures in his future updates. Hopefully that explains things.

Heys guys love the mod!! We all really needed this, that's for sure!

I just want to comment on what another user said about the dirt looking

like there was a can of brown paint dumped on it. I mean this very

respectfully, Comerica park's infield dirt and the mound to home dirt

looks very unpleasent, no texture and/or life to it. Very bland. Thanks

guys...Again I mean no disrespect by this...Just pointing it out for the

next update....

This is a really nice mod. Thank you all.

If I were to take the stadium files from MVP 07 that I have installed and overwrite the stadium files for a MVP06 ILF install that I have, would that work? Thanks for the info. Once again great job on this. The screenshots really looked neat.

As long as you are using the stadium files from the 07 mod, you should be all set.

I had two crashes at Atlanta (night). The first one right after the game started and the second in the 5th inning. I cant' say for sure that it was the grass mod though, since it was my first game in ATL since installing the 07 Mod.

I installed the grass mod two games ago though, and haven't had a crash issues prior to these. I'm going to give it another try with the default (07 mod) stadium and will report back if it crashes or not.

mod looks very nice btw, great job getting rid of the shimmering!

edit: just to update. it looks like it is something else causing my game to crash because it happened the next game without the grass changer mod installed.

THis mod is awesome - except that it screws up Cinery field (Reds home stadium) - it enlargess the billboards in centerfield and it doesnt look right - i have Pirates newest Cinergy field so i dont know if that has something to do with it?

I re-installed Pirates cinergy field and than it looked fine, so im pretty sure its the mod!~
