Tear Smoltz to shreads like last time!

Good memory, phils. I rocked him last time, he didn't even get out of the first inning.

I don't want to get over confident, but I definately need the win to keep up.

I forgot. He did send him packing last time.

Piece of cake JR... piece of cake.

Cake? Did someone say cake? Where? I want a piece! er sorry!

Anyhow - hopefully that Fontenot guy gets his first hit today.

lol

I hope so too, I'd hate to send Gracie back to Arizona. ;)

7 bells, it's game time, boys. :club:

Bottom 3rd

Cubs 7

Braves 2

Floyd put one in the 3rd deck in right field (Grand Slam), and Smoltz went back to the showers!

I knocked him out in the first inning, again. LOL

I own his a** :shotgun:

They're hitting Marquis hard. Diaz homered in the first, and I've been back to the track three times.

Even up 7-2, I have a feeling this one has just begun.

It depends how fast he is and where you hit it. If you hit it to Center or Left you have no chance. Right field will also be hard with Francouer's arm.

He bit on a high fastball.

Mr. Floyd comes thru again. Nice win JR.

It's about time, M. He's been hitting around .220 all year, but I knew he had it in him.

Just in time to go after Houston. :)

Nice win. Looks like Aramis keeps on hitting the ball well. Let's see if he can keep it up. His bat will be vital if you want to stay in the race to hunt down those Astros.

You're right, Zito. If it weren't for Ramirez at this point in the season, I'd have a much deeper hole to dig out of.

Without looking, I'd say Ramirez is a good candidate to start for the NL at 3B in the All-Star Game.
