Did you already play todays game JR. I may have just missed it?

No, I haven't played it yet Pudge. I've been pretty busy today, and didn't really have time.

I'll post Game 2 and Game 3 (vs Seattle) sometime tomorrow. I definately want to keep up with the schedule.

lol, thanks, guys. Lou Piniella wears his emotions on his sleeve, and he just wreaks of personality.

I really imagined that's what he would say.

I got a game behind, but I'll be catching up shortly.

*Yep, got em on, M. Looks like they're about to tie it up.*

Tough defeat but it is great to see King Felix pitching well. Maybe if you have a little free time check out my dynasty.

San Francisco Dynasty

Yeah, Hernandez threw extremely hard. He was tough to hit.

Glad to hear you got your dynasty started, I'll definately check it out.

JR, can you give me tips on how to strike many guys out? I use your sliders, but I only strike out about 4 guys the whole game. Thanks in advance!

The best advice I can give is to mix up your pitches. Mix up speeds. Get ahead of them in the count, and nibble on the corners until they bite.

Or for example, you're ahead 1-2, throw something high and tight, just off the strike zone. Or throw something low and away.

It also depends on who's pitching, and who's hitting. For example, I have an extremely hard time striking Ichiro out, but on the other hand there are other players that K a little easier.

I average about 4-7 K's per game, which is really about normal.

The best advice I can give is to focus on each at bat, with the intention of getting the K. Try it out, see if you're numbers go up.

That is one beautiful sky in your post-game shot. Did you add that in or did it come with the Wrigley Field mod?

If I remember right, I actually think that was a night sky that Pirate did, I just added it to the stadium.

Any chance of DeRosa being called up to replace Cedeno. Looks like he is struggling at the plate as well. And look at Floyd - 2-3 with a HR. Seems like he doesn't want to get on the bad side of sweet Lou eh?
