Mav3rek
Man, those one run losses are tough. The Cubbies need to find a way to start pulling those off or they'll be sitting home in Oct.
JoeRudi26
Man, those one run losses are tough. The Cubbies need to find a way to start pulling those off or they'll be sitting home in Oct. I left 14 guys on base today. 14! Guys get on base, but I need players to step up and drive them in. I just checked, Houston is on a 4 game winning streak, AGAIN. I'm 8 games back, something needs to give here.
RmembrZito75
Wow. This loss may hurt you on the long road to the playoffs. Good luck on the rest of the "weak" teams. :)

JoeRudi26
Nice Job! Great looking recap. Just keep winning 2 out of 3 and you'll be just fine. Winning 2 of 3 would hopefully minimize Houston's lead. I'd take it.

You're right, that WAS a much needed series if I'm to stay in the hunt for the Central. Obviously I would have rather gotten the sweep, but I'll take as many wins that I can get. I have to take advantage of the soft schedule. Now's the time to make the push.
JoeRudi26
I am very much liking that MVP Tracker that you got going. Very nice man. Thanks, V. It's really not much to look at, but I liked the idea of highlighting they key player in the series. Furthermore, it's simple enough to post the stats over a three or four game stretch. Maestro23
Man, you're on the ball, M. And to think I was sitting through the CardsMets game.. Cheers and GO CUBBIES! :pals: I watched them last night. Green broke the Cards hearts. I saw him foul that one off way down the line, and I knew he was dialed in. Cubbies with a 3 spot. Woot. :biglaff:
JoeRudi26
LaRussa wasn't in any sort of mood for the post game press. A team couldn't pitch much better than the Cards did last night. Pujols with only 16 HR's?? Who's to say franchise players don't make a difference. Anyway, good to see Floyd putting the hammer down.

JoeRudi26
Hey guys, I've moved one day ahead of schedule (Milwaukee), check out this unbelievably accurate throw from Pie in the outfield. It couldn't have been placed anywhere else to get the out. Pie Perfect Throw
redsox
Hey Jay, how were you able to reduce the size of the video? Whenever I record a 10sec. video with Fraps, the file size ends up being something like 20MB+.
