Man, those one run losses are tough.

The Cubbies need to find a way to start pulling those off or they'll be sitting home in Oct.

I left 14 guys on base today. 14! Guys get on base, but I need players to step up and drive them in.

I just checked, Houston is on a 4 game winning streak, AGAIN. I'm 8 games back, something needs to give here.

Ouch, that's rough.

Looks like Houston is going to be in it for the log haul.

Wow. This loss may hurt you on the long road to the playoffs. Good luck on the rest of the "weak" teams. :)

Thanks, Zito. I'm due for a healthy winning streak. It's time.

Hey JR, I know some people down in Houston. I could make a few phone calls...

A much needed series victory for your Cubbies, JR. Good job and great job on the last game. Smoking them 7-1. :)

Thanks, Zito. You're right, that WAS a much needed series if I'm to stay in the hunt for the Central. Obviously I would have rather gotten the sweep, but I'll take as many wins that I can get.

I have to take advantage of the soft schedule. Now's the time to make the push.

I am very much liking that MVP Tracker that you got going. Very nice man.

Thanks, V. It's really not much to look at, but I liked the idea of highlighting they key player in the series.

Furthermore, it's simple enough to post the stats over a three or four game stretch.

JR, "I gots a proposition for ya" (haha Tom Sawyer).

I would like to make a trade with you (templates). I feel like I owe you something, so I want to actually trade you this template:

I watched them last night. Green broke the Cards hearts.

I saw him foul that one off way down the line, and I knew he was dialed in.

Cubbies with a 3 spot. Woot. :biglaff:

LaRussa wasn't in any sort of mood for the post game press. A team couldn't pitch much better than the Cards did last night.

Pujols with only 16 HR's?? Who's to say franchise players don't make a difference.

Anyway, good to see Floyd putting the hammer down.

Hey Jay, how were you able to reduce the size of the video? Whenever I record a 10sec. video with Fraps, the file size ends up being something like 20MB+.
