rows24
Is there really a difference in the game being played on a high def TV than just playing through the regular component video on a standard TV?
bighurt27
umm yeah
edm
Sure there is a difference. The game will still look decent on a standard set, but it doesn't really compare to playing on a HDTV.
rows24
Does anyone have any high def screen shots they can post on this thread so I can see the difference?
ronmexico
It's plainly super awesome on HD. I can take a screenie when I get home, but there is a big difference, cause component cables only allow it to go up to 480i I believe.

maddux31
I have 1080p..though I do not own MLB2K7, I am still into MVP. But my friend has it and it is very fun and great to look at. I just personally like all the dynasty options that MVP offers. But there is no denying the looks of MLB2K7! That is for sure! I definitely would suggest the HI-DEF over no HI-DEF it's well worth it. I would maybe compare it too..VHS to DVD?? I don't know if that's accurate, but it's a whole lot better..Like a high powered GPU compared to a low quality GPU, you get it... Composite(RCA) will only do standard def.
ronmexico
Component cables will do 1080P. Composite(RCA) will only do standard def. Yes, thats right. That's what I meant  I always confuse the two.

NYM
I use a regular T.V and it still plays with incredibly good graphics. Off-Topic here but isn't the lighting absolutly incredible in the game?
