Yeah, it depends on which overlay/datafile combo you're using.

Trues, thanks for going out of your way for this.

I tried it. Works just great.

I can see an issue with the cam being set, it doesn't feel like you're the pitcher but rather the camera on top of the pticher's head, fixed into place. You can see the ball dart from the side as if the pitch is being released from a foot behind you, and with my view I could see half of my meter, so as it is time to mash the button to hit the green spot on the meter, I'm either too late or too early. I won't ask you to fix this since you've already bent over for this, so I'll see about this one in the dl section 2 see if it is anygood. Thanks a lot.

There is a file in the Downloads section titled "s Aerial Fielding Cam". This file includes a First Person Pitching view, and a First Person Batting view, along with a couple of other views as well. I installed it at one point with MVP07, and both First Person Views seemed to work fine.

I didn't keep them for long however. I really enjoy Trues Datafile V1.4, so that is what I use. Thanks Trues.

In the meantime, if anyone had a hard time finding it, here is what you type in to search for the datafile:

SqueegeeDs Aerial Fielding Cam

Here is the code to add to your datfile.txt along with the .fel file to be placed in the ingame.big within data/frontend folder, the pitching view was actually modeled after squeegeeDs pitching view, so he deserves the credit, as I made some refinements to pitching angle and FOV for both left/right pitchers...I also included a zoom camera that profiles the a good portion of the field while on defense that i use. Thx guys for all your awesome work, even the little people who don't post greatly appreciate all the work you do!

For the pitching view, I altered the angle so that it wasn't so far to the left as some lefties would be cut off.... FOV was lowered so you are zoomed in more to the batter with some perspective of the stands behind, height I believe was unchanged.
