RsCamaro8
why does that matter?? unless ur simming u dont need to worry about it. ...actaully, I've noticed my players play better when they are happy when playing games too... maybe that's just the overall chemistry effect, i don't know.... Anyway, to respond to the first question... I think its a combination of all the factors (obviously) but I know what brings them down the most is if they are unhappy with their contract, or if they are not playing as much as their contract states
LeVeRRe
Hey, Actually the happiness of the players does affect howe they play in manually controlled games as well, as least that's what EA tells us . Here's some tips and help. 1)Contract - generally that means that they want more money. If they're worth it give them the raise, if not stick it out and let them be unhappy or trade them. 2)Individual Performance - this means they are happy because they aren't playing well. You could sit them a few games and see if they come around, or maybe send them down to let them get their game back on track with a few good performances. Also, good performances in the Majors will help as well, try and put them into situations that they will be sure to excel in, blow outs etc. 3)Playing Time - a misconception here is that it always means that they want to play more. It is not always the case. Check what the guys contract says that they are meant to do on the team, what their role is. if they are a backup or situational player, they may be playing too much, and need a break, if they are suposed to play everyday and aren;t, that's the problem. Try and renegotiate their contracts to fit the role you use them in. 4)Team Performance - play better, nuff said. Cheers, LeVeRRe
