philliesphan18
Phillies Update: NLCS Game Two: The Phils lost again, this time 8-4 to the Mets to go behind 0-2 in the series. However, the score was not a fair statement of the game as it was close most of the night, but the Mets scored three runs in the top of the ninth. The Phils tried to rally as Wes Helms led off the bottom of the ninth with a homer, but that was all they could muster in the inning. philliesphan18
Also, I was wondering if people liked those opaque background boxes featured in the MVP Award update better than the solid grey/silver. I can't decide.

philliesphan18
Phillies Update: NLCS Game 5: The Phillies 2007 season is over. It was a eventful season filled with many twists and turns. They made the playoffs, got to the NLCS, but lost in five games to the Mets. Game five was another nail-biter. The final score was 4-3 and the game featured an excellent pitching duel between Hamels and Hernandez. But, in the end the Phillies just didn't have enough to pull it out. redsox
Is Gilbert going to get a promotion? By looking at his numbers, he really doesn't seem to deserve it but Cliff seems to have done alright. BTW, too bad the season has ended for the Phillies. Lets hope Cliff (and/or Gill) can help them in the following season. Take care.

The organization thinks that they will pitch better when they are together.
philliesphan18
The Threshers won the Florida State League Championship Series. The final game's starter was Cliff. He pitched masterfully, going the distance for a complete game and striking out eleven.

philliesphan18
OK - so I am still doing this, but I haven't had any motavation to do anything with it for the past week, and I also was working on my background overhaul, so this fell into the corner. Rest assured, I am still going to keep up with this dynasty, and I am brainstorming up plot lines all the time. Hopefully I will update more this week. redsox
Having a local network cover their games is a really good idea. I am actually planning on doing somewhat similar though its always a work in progress.
