reshaping Generic faces

i was playing around with a generic face, and being the first time i've dealt with generic faces, i ran into a problem. i wanted to add a mullet to one of the generic faces. i reshaped it with oedit and everything appeared fine, but once i viewed it in game, there was no change with the shape. the texture showed up fine, but there wasn't any change in the length of the hair as i edited it. does anyone have any information i'm missing?

no, not yet at least. we'll see if i can pull it off.

It would be cool but there's no yellow skin tone for the arms and hands, plus, I don't think you can make 4 fingered people. But if you could pull off the cyberface, it would still be awesome.
