Through my experience and the recommendations that the other guys gave me, you should be pretty prepared for some obstacles that will come your way while you use MVPedit. Here's what you need: MVP 2005 (obviously) MVPedit 256x256 (or 128x128) sized BMP files (this is the photo for a player) alpha files (read the thread for more on these) patience What you need to "publish all the portraits," you'll have to ask one of the modders about that.
