cubsfaninfla
Is Rob Bowen going to be the permanent replacement for Giles or was he just for that game? Nope, that was temporary because I had no one else on the bench, so I just shifted Blum to RF from 1B and put Bowen at 1B.

cubsfaninfla
Semi-mailbag: Who will get the regular playing time in LF? Jose Cruz Jr. and Russell Branyan will likely see most of the time in RF for Giles. Your dynasty looks good! Also the graphics look nice. Why does your CPU lag? RAM? Thank you! I'm not sure about the CPU though. I've got so much crap (games/files/random crap) on my PC, so that's probably the problem.

cubsfaninfla
Kouzmanoff and Greene working on fielding SAN DIEGO- After combining for three errors in last night's game against the Giants, Kevin Kouzmanoff and Khalil Greene are getting some extra help from third base coach Glenn Hoffman, closer Trevor Hoffman's older brother. Hoffman played eight big league seasons as a utility infielder, and played mainly third base, second base, and shortstop. "They need to work on their throwing accuracy, as that seems to be the main problem." Hoffman said. "I've also got them working on their timing and getting them to work on keeping the ball in their gloves." He added. Manager Bud Black hopes this extra help will not lead to careless mistakes and will get the Padres winning even more games. "We need them to keep driving in runs, but we can't have them giving up runs." Black said.
