So all we can do is keep it in our prayers that EA (or any other PC game developer at least) comes up with some new work... I also have seen injuries when it is an infield foul ball, and the first or third baseman stretches over the sideline "fencing". Most of them are lower back or strained forearm injuries. And while they don't "crash" into walls per say, you can make fantastic catches, robbing homers, etc. That on the other hand looks pretty realistic.
