hyman
If anyone is going to Yankee Stadium this weekend, please try to get high quality photos of the Lipton ad underneath the out of town scoreboard, the emblem on the Steinersports ad on the upper deck in the LF corner and the Amtrak ad in CF. These are the three remaining ads needed to complete the Yankee Stadium Mod for 2007. I've seen one photo of the Amtrak ad, but I would like to get a better one since it is situated in such a central location. Thanks in advance. D-Unit
I read somewhere you can trade in tickets for a rainout game for another, so maybe I can get to a game and take pics.

Have you tried to fix the shadow issue with the Day version, I tried fixing it last year by o-editing the shadow over to the left, but you still get that dark area in RF....which can be fixed, but I just don't know how. Kccitystar
you fix that by changing the vertex color of both the vertices for the RF and LF crowds in the vertex properties dialog box in OEdit ORLY? I want to learn how to do that. PM me. Oh and Hyman, here are two of the three ads, one is from a photo, another is photoshopped by me to look like the actual ad. hyman
Kccitystar , Thanks for your help. I had already did my own photoshop job yesterday on these two ads before I saw your post. I thought I fixed the dark areas in RF last year. RF should not be as bright as LF because of the shadow. If there is a specific area that you think is too dark, post some screenshots and I'll try to fix it. As, ChicagoCubs720 said, the fix requires changing the color code in the vertex properties of each point.

Hm, my thing is that in your update, even though the wall lighting is OK, the crowd still has those stadium shadows. On top of that, the shadows reflect on the left side when it should be the right for day games, maybe IMO the stadium is just positioned wrong, b/c at the time of the game due to the shadows it's in the morning lol. I'll tinker with everything some more and see what I get...
fred13
hyman, is the updated yankee stadium going to have the updated fields that Big O and Trues made?
hyman
Kccitystar, You are correct. The positioning of the shadow should be on the other side of the field, but I'm not going to change it. fred13, I have permission and will include Big O's updated field mod in my release. hyman
ChicagoCubs720, You are right. I swapped the two oedit files. I think kc is talking about the crowd which is in the crowd.ord/orl files.
Kccitystar
what color is 0xFF414141
ChicagoCubs720
what color is 0xFF414141 Here's what I'd do: look at a few vertices in the RF section of seats. Pick a hex color id that seems to be pretty common (you don't need to know what color it stands for, it's really not important). Then go over to the LF section and do the same thing. Go back to RF and select all the vertices for the crowd in that general area. type in the hex id you got from LF in the dialog box and hit enter. Go over to LF and select all vertices for the crowd in that area and type in the hex id you got from RF. If you want to be really particular, you could do one polygon at a time to make sure the shading is most accurrate. Also remember that sunlight or not, the crowd should look darker as you get closer to the concourse because of the overhang of the upper level of seats casting a shadow over them. Post screenshots as you progress and we'll try and help you perfect it.
Kccitystar
the thing is, I can't even create a crowd.o file b/c my computer hangs, and I don't think what I'm looking for is in removable.o
