List of Controller Commands Please

I know its been asked prior, but I can not seem to find an answer. I have lot my manual, I can post my keycode if needed. I need to get a list of commands for a controller (basic is fine). Or can you tell me of a place I can d/l a new manual?

It also tells you under the controller configuration, all of the basic controls for your controller. This can be seen I believe in the menu as well as during a game.
