Fair trade for Frandsen?

I'm starting a Mets dynasty and for various reasons would like to get some young talent in at 2B in the form of Kevin Frandsen, currently of SF. Can anyone suggest what a fair trade package would look like? The CPU won't accept the two current 2Bs or a combo 2B/pitcher.

I know this may sound ignorant, but hey, part of the reason I'm doing this dynasty is to know the team a bit better--and I'm trading for Frandsen 'cause I've been wanting to play with him on my team (he's a FOAF of the family) without doing a Giants dynasty.

Also, does anyone know how I can prevent Franco from retiring at the end of the season? I know he more than likely won't in real life, but the CPU keeps having him do it.
