AstroEric Posted April 11, 2007 Share Posted April 11, 2007 I know that CPGNuke incorporates PHPBB into its interface, and I saw spam on this board for the first time in...forever...the other day. I'm wondering what security measures you guys use here to keep out the spammers? I have a PHPBB on a non-baseball related site and have to work hard with my team of moderators to keep the spammers at bay. We have about five fake accounts signing up and trying to get everyone to use Viagra and look at porn every day. Any suggestions would be helpful. I've already got an altered captcha and some extra questions, but the spambots are quick to adapt. --Eric EDIT: Fixed some sentences that didn't make sense.
