compmaniac Posted April 13, 2007 Share Posted April 13, 2007 Are you using a dynasty? If so, these rosters won't show up in dynasty unless you start a new dynasty. In regular game and exhibition play, they should show up. Did you copy the .dat files into your datadatabase folder? compmaniac Posted April 13, 2007 Share Posted April 13, 2007 Yes. When you download it, copy the roughly 19-20 .dat files into your datadatabase folder. For beginners, since you probably don't know about the models.big, you could just install the MVP 07 mod, and it would be a complete revamp of everything in the game. Otherwise, if you just want rosters, follow these instructions if you want a regular updated roster, and you don't know what the models.big is: 1. Download Ultimate Rosters from http://mvpmods.com/Downloads/details/id=1529.html 2. Unzip, and go to the UR 8.2 Standard Editiondat folder. 3. Copy everything in the folder to your EA SPORTSMVP Baseball 2005datadatabase folder. 4. You're good to go! Once you get to know the program better, you can use the Plus Rosters and other stuff. But I recommend you just download the MVP 07 mod instead. It makes life a lot easier.
