habs0
for me, more money depends on how you play or sim well through season... if bad, lose money and if good, more money
redsox
Dynasty budget can be adjusted in org.dat. Look for the file in the database folder. You can edit it using notepad.
tywiggins
Dynasty budget can be adjusted in org.dat. Look for the file in the database folder. You can edit it using notepad. That doesn't work. Dynasty budgets are based on the total salaries of all of the players in the organization. Total Budget = Sum of Player Salaries * x. The value in org.dat is ignored. http://mvpmods.com/Forums/download/id=1751.html Use the exporter while your dynasty is open. This will create an org.dat and orgextra.dat file. Edit the value in notepad, then save it. Then run the importer program.

I actually had the .dat importer/exporter in mind, just forgot to mention it.
tywiggins
how would i do it in wordpad? Open org.dat in whatever text editor you want. Find your team. Change the value that's after ,7 to what you want your budget to be. Then save it. Note: For the value: 1 = $100,000 , 2 = $200,000 , etc... mweber721
When I use the import/export, no orgextra.dat file is created. Can you provide step by step?
redsox
You are looking for the wrong file. You should be looking for org.dat and not orgextra.dat. Hope that helps. FYI - org.dat and extra.dat are two different files. EDIT: I see where you got confused. TY, I thought your importer/exporter generated an org.dat and an extra.dat file among others but I don't think it creates an orgextra.dat file. Am I wrong about this? tywiggins
The version of the exporter that I linked to in my previous post only creates org.dat and orgextra.dat. The version of the importer only imports org.dat and orgextra.dat.
