medric822
Not bad, better than my first. I would show you, but the site is no longer.
kgbaseball
This should go in the Sigs thread. It's 50 pixels too tall for this forum. Secondly, there isn't a whole lot going on in it. I think blending in Wood better would make it much more attractive. It could also use a border. And lastly, the cutout isn't great around the face. Not bad for a first attempt, though. seanzarelli
Looks like you had a good idea for a sig with some color or some kind of effect, it could definitely look pretty sharp. What program are you using?
medric822
Looks like Paint Shop Pro. I dont know if you know about this, but on CBS website, that have pictures, which you can enlarge, most of them, so that they are high res and great for artwork. Here's the link- CBS Photos When you find the pic you want, just right click, copy the link, and open up a new web browser. Paste the link, and change the word "lower" at the end of the link to "1024X768" the pic will never be distorted, but will be enlarged and high res. medric822
Yeah, Photoshop is the best. Get version CS if you decide to get it. I had it, lost it, and had to downgrade to version 7, where most of the brushes I find dont work.
philliesphan18
The cutout is a little pixelated, and one thing to remember is the rule of thirds, he is facing right so you would want to set him a little more to the left in the sig. Good job for you first one though.

abc006
Nealsdale, What did you use to cut him out...i am using gimp also .. Does anyone know if i can get a magnetic lasso like in photoshopIn gimp it's the little scissors icon - it takes a bit of time to get used to, but it's not bad. I, however, prefer to use the straight line tool, and then shave off uneven edges with the eraser.
