Virginia Tech Shootings

While these sites do not belong to the guy who carried out the senseless rampage, I'd still like to know why the guy who does own those site has so many guns.

Same reason Grandma Tilly owns so many chicken statues or your little brother has a million baseball cards... guns are collectible.

this horrifying event continues to be terribly disturbing.

i wish i could believe that some crazed student who used prozac killed 32 people, but i just can't.

it was too methodically done. too many victims for one person. more machine like killing than anything else.

really smacks of a "bourne identity" kind of thing.

this world is in a sorry state. that's for sure.

In my 6th hour class yesterday, my teacher had the TV on with CNN on, and they were talking about this, and showing video, pictures, student comments, and stuff like that. normally we're all loud and everything, but we were just staring at the TV speechless. throughout the rest of the day i was like, i had that in the back of my head, and i was talking to all of my friends being my normal foolish self, but like, nothing seemed right, and It just seemed like everything I said or did was wrong, and it just screwed me up for the rest of the day, i couldn't focus.

I can't still believe it.I can't do anything today,i'm just thinking to all the people that have died 2 days ago.I can't believe that Brian Bluhm,a baseball fan like me and everybody in this forum have died, and more i think about it,more i get sad.

The shooter must have been crazy, but to have this all done, it had to be planned...I'm in shock.

Someone who graduated from my high school last year goes to Virginia Tech, when I heard about the shootings I was thinking "Oh s***, is this guy ok?" I don't know him well, but I've talked to the guy and knew he was there, at least he's ok. I'm praying for all the victims, their families, and the community.

I went to the Tigers game last night, and before the game they gave a moment of silence for Brian Bluhm, and after the game I read the news section and saw that MVPmods.com also gave notice to him.

I read the thread at motownsports.com about the shootings, and I must say he was beloved there. Everybody loved him, and was worried for him from the beginning.

And after reading a little about him, I was glad that the Detroit Tigers went out of their way to give a moment of silence, and also glad to see this site noticed him as well.

RIP, Brian

Im watching the OSU spring game right now and they have the VT logo on the left side of their helmets. I hope every school this sports year pays tribute to the victims in some way. (vt band on sleeves, sticker, etc.) Because what happened at VT can easily happen anywhere.

I'm going to have to say no to that one. There's morbid, anti-social geeks in almost every school, and 99.999% of them never turn out to do anything like this. You can't predict some guy is going to come to school and kill 30 people.
